Enrichment #4
For my fourth enrichment I attended the musical Lights, Camera, Music! It was awesome to see everyone I go to school with, using their talents in such a great way. Brennah from class was one person in it that did very well. From the beginning, she was Sister Honky Tonk and started the musical off with a few laughs, which is always a good start. The play went through a great number of actors and actresses that incorporated music in most of their works. The Wizard of Oz and Singing in the Rain were just a few of the movies that had a song from them included. Afterwards they sang songs from a lot of Disney movies like Mulan and The Little Mermaid. After watching the musical I had a strong urge to watch every disney movie and Les Miserables. Overall, this was a great musical and I am looking forward to the next one.
Enrichment #3
For my third enrichment I attended midnight madness, which was an event to help kick off the basketball season. All sports teams went and performed their own skits. Most teams just played a game involving their sport but it is safe to say that boys basketball, cross country and lacrosse all went above and beyond with the skit. Boys basketball had a dance number as well as cross country. It was easy to recognize that these teams had practiced their skits while lacrosse had come up with the idea for theirs only hours before. Being on the lacrosse team I was part of the show. We held a "Argo Match Maker" event that had us set up one of our players with one of three lovely contestants. The three lovely contestants were all players in dresses. I personally came out in short shorts, no shirt, and a beau tie. I was the Vanna White of Argo Match Maker. The skit would have gone much better if the microphone used did not have such a bad quality of sound. Most jokes were not heard or were absorbed by the crowd. Either way, the team looked good and it was a lot of fun. After all the skits had ended, the dunk contest began. Every dunk was amazing and the finalists were Simon and Micheal who battled out but Michael came out on top in the end. Midnight Madness was a lot of fun and I hope everyone goes next year.

November 1st Meeting with josh's students
Getting to meet Tyler, Allen and Daddio was a great experience. I was expecting this to be more awkward than it was, which was nice. Having someone who could communicate well helped everyone in the situation to get used to everyone around us. I enjoyed this experience because it was something that I have never really done and it was a lot easier than I thought. We didn't really talk a lot about nature but you could tell that each person enjoyed their surroundings. Tyler, Allen and Daddio really weren't that much different than us and that made it easier to relate to them without being awkward.
